This week’s new releases include 2 excellent Yoga workouts by the lovely Laura Myren.

One is a core & booty Yoga sequence that will help you tone and trim your mid-section & glutes, while the other will help you wind down before bedtime by relaxing your body and mind.

Phong Tran is also back this week with a challenging total body workout. In this routine, Phong leads Tatiana Donskova through a series of exercises that help you build & burn. Then Tatiana showcases her awesome breaking dancing moves!
