Rock n Roll to Alternating Reverse Lunge – 15 reps
Alternating Curtsy – 15 reps each side
Rock the Boat & Reach – 15 reps
Alternating Reverse Lunge with a Kick – 15 reps each side
Shuffle to Free Throw – 60 seconds
