Happy June, friends!
Summer is just around the corner, which means longer days and lighter clothes. We know you’re getting ready to hit the beach and rock your favorite warm weather outfits, so we’ve taken it up a notch – we’re now releasing 5 workouts a week! New styles of workouts are coming soon too. Get ready to see some trampoline and twerk cardio!
We will also have some yoga sculpt, as well as pilates sculpt, and a new Tabata program by Julia Bognar.
Many new trainers are joining the team, so the content will be flowing! Our goal is to release 1 new video per day by this Fall. Stay tuned!
New Routines, New Production
In addition to new trainers and new workouts, you can also expect to see a higher level of quality when it comes to production. This will only improve as time goes on and you may be seeing film quality production by the end of the year! Check out our teaser for one of our new productions below.
