This workout focuses on abs, biceps, triceps, and glutes. However, it is essentially a total body workout. Sculpt a beautiful body that is strong, slim, and shapely year round, not just for the summer!
Use a set of challenging weights (3 lb. or more) . This workout is about 30 min and burns approx. 150-200 calories.
