This month at GymRa
A new Yoga program by Laura Myren that includes 6 one hour videos will be available on our website this month. Work your core, lower and upper body with this thorough program. You’ll be amazed by the results!
You can also expect to see a series of shorter routines featuring a variety of trainers. These workouts will be designed for maximum results in a short amount of time.
