Fat Blasting HIIT Routine

Get results with this high intensity, heart pumping interval routine that will blast fat and help you gain strength.

This workout is no walk in the park, but it’s so worth it! You’ll need two sets of weights, a light & a heavy pair.

Total Workout Time = 30 minutes

Half Burpees – 60 seconds

Boat with Hold – 25 reps

Plyo Squat – 30 seconds

Squats – 25 reps

Burpee with a clap – 30 seconds

Side Bends – 15 reps on each side
