Spot reduction of fat is what you see on late night TV infomercials. In the real world, turning up your cardio is the way to go! If you’re serious about getting rid of fat, you’ve got to start getting serious about cardio. Your body trims down all over, including the back area.
Focus on resistance exercises and add weights to moves that sculpt your back, shoulders, and obliques to reveal the strong muscles that lie beneath.
It’s also important to remember that portion control is the foundation of fast weight loss. Drink plenty of alkaline water, eat lean protein, avoid sugar, alcohol, fried & processed foods, and late night munching.
This routine takes about 30 minutes to perform. Select a pair of dumbbells that make the last two reps very challenging.
