Your legs will be on fire with this advanced lower body workout! When you add extra resistance in the form of dumbbells, you increase the intensity a few notches. You will be doing a series of lower body exercises, each one immediately followed by a glute exercise with no rest between the two moves. Rest time will be between every other exercise.
A set of 10-20 lb. weights is recommended. Repeat once or twice with 3 minutes of rest between sets. Each set will burn approx. 226-270 calories.
