You now know that lifting pink dumbbells isn’t going to get you a lean, sexy and fit body. So what does it? The best exercises to use are big, compound movements that recruit a lot of muscle mass. The compound exercises will also help you build a better body at a faster rate than if you used isolation exercises.

Pick challenging weights and repeat the circuit once more.

This workout is approximately 35-40 minute long and each set will burn approx. 200-240 calories.
