This week we’re excited to introduce two new trainers – Nicole Steen and Allison Wells.

Nicole has a fabulous dance routine with a lower body focus that will not only help you sweat off all that unnecessary baggage, but also build muscle and strength all over.

Allison transports you to the rocky beach where she’ll guide a full body routine consisting of HIIT moves and some booty sculpting to round things out. Work it from head to toe while burning fat.
