March is here! Here are some exercises that will strengthen your legs and butt for maximum athletic performance this spring.

 

Plank with Leg Lift – 15 Reps On Each Side

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1. Get into plank position with shoulders square and lift your butt.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Keeping your leg straight, raise your leg as far as you can.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3. Lower your leg and alternate sides. Repeat.
