These fifteen lower body/plyo exercises will challenge your butt, hips, and thighs in ways you’ve never experienced! This 30 minute workout is a major leg and butt burner but also gives you some serious cardio in between the moves. Select a pair of challenging weights (5lb. minimum).

Turn with Jump Squat Into Press
Single Leg Deadlift
Curtsy Lunge with a Leg Lift
Jump & Fold Into Star Jump
Squat with Alternating Side Kicks
Side Lunge with Knee Up & Curtsy (Beyonce Side Lunge)
Spin Squat Jumps
Alternating Hip Twists with Jump
Side Lunge with Leg Raise
Tap with In & Out High Jump
Deadlift Into Lunge
Pecking Duck Deadlift
