How to Set Up the Perfect Home Gym

A busy schedule isn’t an excuse to skip your workouts. From building your own home gym to doing bodyweight exercises and jogging, there are plenty of ways to stay fit without leaving the house. With a few pieces of equipment, you can make your own gym and squeeze in a short workout whenever you have some free time. Here are some tips to get started:
