Build Me a Workout:
1. Click on the options that best suit you in each category. Talent will give you a choice of female or male models.
Under Muscles you can choose more than one.
Click on Gear to select an option. To select more than one gear, hold down the Control button on the keyboard and click your chosen gear. By clicking on All Gear option you will get a random selection.
2. Click on Start Workout button and the video will start to play. Please choose another option when No Video Found is displayed.
3. Scroll the menu bar with thumbnails to get a preview of the videos lined up for you.
4. You can click on the left or right arrow 
to fast forward or go back.
I am just starting and can not play the videos, it gives the following message. can not play video because of its own settings. please help

I selected dumbbells, under gear – But getting videos with not just dumbbells but with other gears as well, when trying to select a workout
