Fitness Problems & Solutions

Most traditional diet and workout plans and gym memberships fail because they expect us to go from zero to ten within a short period of time. It’s difficult to start a new behavior and make it a permanent habit immediately. It’s best to take small steps and slowly progress until you are more comfortable and capable.
