Building muscle doesn’t have to be complicated or require a lot of fancy equipment! With a simple dumbbell workout, you can simultaneously increase your strength & build lean muscle. You can also do these exercises anywhere.
For best results, try a pair of challenging weights. A good indication that a weight is right for you is when you can perform each exercise with good form and sustain that throughout the routine, but the last 2 reps (or final 10 seconds) of each move will feel particularly challenging.
