No gear (not even a mat!) is required and you can perform the moves with minimal space. Try them at home, while traveling, at the gym, wherever! But remember, doing ab exercises alone is not enough to show off your hard work! A variety of exercises that work all parts of the abs and core, plenty of cardio, and a healthy diet geared towards losing belly fat is what will keep you looking cut & carved! Do each move for 20-50 reps total, depending on your level of fitness.
