You’ll engage your core and challenge your body during this intense upper and lower body workout! Not only will you get a fast paced, high energy workout, you’ll also get to enjoy the benefits of a group workout, intense focus on your abs and core, and a dedicated stretching and cool down session!

Looking to target your abs, butt, legs and thighs while building muscle and increasing strength and endurance? Check out a barre class! The moves in barre class are the same ballerina inspired moves that dancers use to stay sculpted, fit and lean.
Take a Walk
If running isn’t your thing, you can get an effective workout by walking! Studies have shown that a brisk walk or a light jog can increase heart health and help you live longer! Riojas recommends, “Explore a local park solo, take your dog (or someone else’s) on a walk, or just take a stroll with a family member.”
Go Rock Climbing
It doesn’t matter if you choose to rock climb indoors or outdoors – you’ll get an intense workout that you won’t regret! Rojas explains, “It’s a total-body workout using both upper and lower body to navigate the terrain, as well as tons of core to keep you balanced.”
Try Horseback Riding
Horseback riding can be a beautiful way to connect with nature while getting in a great workout! Rojas says, “Horseback riding is a great exercise not only for core stability and leg work while riding, but [it can] also be like therapy to be around animals that are such symbols of strength.”
Join a Rec League
Grab a few of your friends and start a rec league! You and your pals can have fun playing, dodgeball, volleyball, softball and many other activities! Have fun, get your heart rate pumping, and afterwards you and your friends can hit up a local spot for a post-workout bite!
