Tahini is a classic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean condiment made from sesame seeds. It’s one of the main ingredients in dishes like hummus and baba ghanoush and it’s incredibly easy to make at home. To make your own tahini, all you have to do is ground the seeds in a food processor until the seeds make a creamy, smooth paste! Tahini is also readily available in most supermarkets and health food stores. Tahini is delicious served as a dip, a condiment for sandwiches and veggies.
