10 Best Standing Ab Exercises

No gear (not even a mat!) is required and you can perform the moves even if you have minimal space. Try them at home, at the gym, wherever! But remember, doing ab exercises alone is not enough to show off your hard work! A variety of exercises that work all parts of the abs and core, plenty of cardio, and a healthy diet geared towards losing belly fat is what will keep you looking cut & carved!
